The official 2023 route

The official MACA Cancer 200 route is a two day, 200km round trip. Starting at Optus Stadium, on your first day you'll cycle all the way to Mandurah, and day two will see you make your way back again. On both days, the route is equipped with pit stops every 20km to help you complete your trip with ease. Road conditions may change this course on the day.
