VOLUNTEER

Volunteering at the Ride

It takes a village to deliver The MACA Cancer 200 – Ride for the Perkins each year. And it is thanks to people like you – amazing volunteers who help keep riders hydrated, fed, motivated and safe throughout the event.

If you have time over the weekend of 12 and 13 October 2024 (or even in the two weeks prior!) we need an army of vollies to help. This includes marshals, packers, cheerleaders and helping hands.

volunteer roles

There’s a huge variety of volunteering opportunities available, so you’ll be sure to find one that suits your timing, location, and physical ability. And as an indispensable helper of the Ride, you will be well looked after with meals, snacks, a care pack and accommodation in Mandurah (if required).

Some examples of volunteer roles include:

  • Packing and handing out rider packs prior to the event weekend.
  • Traffic marshals to direct riders the right way.
  • Pit stop helpers handing out food and drinks.
  • Start and finish line cheerleaders.

Express your interest to be a part of the MACA Cancer 200 Ride below, and we’ll be in touch to let you know how you can help.

Will you be a part of the battle against cancer?
