We’re on a mission to defeat cancer.

I’m doing the MACA Cancer 200 in October 2026. That’s 200km over a weekend on a bike, voluntarily. I’ve made smarter choices, but this one has a point.

I’m raising money for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research here in WA, because cancer has a way of showing up in real life, not just on posters. Most of us have watched it hit someone we care about, and it changes everything.

This is my way of doing something tangible. Not just “thinking of you” (which is nice), but actually backing the people working on better treatments and better outcomes.

Between now and then there’ll be training rides, early mornings, sore bums, and a predictable increase in complaining. I’ll do the kilometres. If you want to back the effort and the cause, I’d genuinely appreciate it. And if you see me training, a supportive wave is welcome. Heckling is permitted, donating is encouraged, and taunting is basically compulsory.

Thanks for stopping by.
