Your bike and luggage can be dropped off at Optus Stadium at any time from 7am – 7pm on Friday 13 October.

Bikes will be kept safe in a secure lock up that is patrolled 24/7 and luggage will be secured at Optus Stadium before being trucked down to Mandurah prior to your arrival on Saturday.

Late luggage will also be accepted on Saturday 14 October from 5am – 6am.

More information will be shared with you about this via email closer to the ride weekend.

Parking and getting to Optus Stadium

The MACA Cancer 200 team have your parking for the weekend covered, and you will receive more information about this closer to the event weekend.

However please note that parking in and around Optus Stadium is limited. So if possible, please consider getting dropped off or hitch a ride with a fellow rider to avoid any delays! There will be a dedicated pick-up and drop-off zone for the duration of the weekend.

Health & Safety

200km is a long way, so we’ll have something cold for you once you cross the finish line, and massage therapists to help ease those aches. There will also be St John officers on standby and phone number to call should you require any assistance along the route.

Pit-stops

There are pit-stops located roughly every 20km along the route. These pit-stops have a place for you to go to the bathroom, stock up on water, help yourself to snacks and have lunch.

Yummy food is also provided at the finish line on both days, as well as Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast for all registered.

Saturday night celebrations and camping

The official Saturday night celebrations includes dinner, stories, acknowledgements, surprises and one big celebration of you.

Camping facilities are also available to those who book a camping space. Please note - bookings are essential and you are required to provide your own bedding. If you aren't sure if you received an email about camping on Saturday night, or have any questions, reach out to the team at ride@perkins.org.au
