I’m on a mission to defeat cancer.

For every year we ride, there seems to be a new, profound, and devastating reason.

In 2005 it was our Nanna Shirley with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

In 2015 our uncle Todd passed with Malignant Granular Cell Tumour.

In 2016 our aunty Tonia passed with Leiomyosarcoma.

In 2019 it was our uncle Tony with Prostate Cancer.

In 2023 it was our mum Jodie with Cervical Cancer.

In 2024 it was my partner Ellie with Melanoma.

This year, it’s our mate Jimbo, with liver cancer. 

For this year, and every year prior, for those effected past and future, we will ride 200kms from Perth to Mandurah and back, in the hope that our support and donations towards the Perkins institute will render cancer non lethal. 

This year, Dom and I are combining as a team “Cranking For A Cure” to make our mark on the ride for a fourth year in a row.
