I’M RIDING IN CELEBRATION OF My Friend, Ryan Glossop
This bloke is to blame for alot of things in my life at the min!! Few years ago if i was up at 4am it was either going into or walking out of casino 😅 now its for 4 hour rides and 2 hour runs. A few people will also know i may have lied on my CV during my brief time as a swimming instructor all them years ago....now I'm doing 4k ocean swims. Also why im broke but a wardrobe and garage full of triathlon gear all because of this lad!! He has had a massive impact on where i am at in life since i met him and he also has had some seriously shitty luck twice but you would never know to talk to him. Like alot of others at home,here and around the world he isn't just my friend but a son, brother,dad and partner that we all know somewhere and its institutions like Perkins that are coming up with new ways to help more legends like this bloke. I done this ride a few years ago and couldn't keep up with him then🤣 probably still cant now but going to give it a crack again so if you could donate anything at all i would really appreciate it.

In October 2026, I’m joining a community of passionate riders to cycle 200km to raise vital funds for cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
Every dollar pushes us closer to breakthroughs at the Perkins where brilliant researchers work tirelessly to find life-saving answers for some of the toughest cancers. But they also need our help to ensure their vital progress continues– no matter what.
100% of the funds we raise will go back to the Perkins giving cancer researchers the support to continue their life-saving work so that our loved ones can live longer, healthier lives.
The Ride is more than just a test of endurance—it’s about unity. I'll ride alongside an incredible group of people who believe, as I do, that cancer can be conquered. Your support can turn this belief into reality.
