I’m riding to support a mate as he faces the journey ahead.

This ride is about more than cycling — it’s about mateship. It’s about showing up, standing beside someone, and reminding them they don’t have to face life’s toughest climbs alone.

As cyclists, we know every ride has challenges — climbs, headwinds, and moments when you need support to keep going. Life is no different.

Today, every kilometre we ride is a sign of support, solidarity, and friendship. It’s our way of walking the path together — or in this case, riding it together.

Because that’s what mateship is all about: being there when it matters most, and making sure no one rides alone.
